Letter from Budaq to Napoleon

Date 25 Ziqa'dah 1224 - 4 Zihijjah 1225 / 1.1.1810 - 31.12.1810
Content Budaq, probably of Armenian origin and Napoleon's secret agent in Iran, expresses his loyalty and gives some information about the situation in Iran. Among other things he reports on Britain's activities in Iran and the attempted rapprochement between Russia and Iran.
