Farman by Nasir al-Din Shah

This farman by Nasir al-Din Shah was put at our disposal by descendants of Ahmad Khan Muqaddam Maragha'i who now live in Germany. It is an excellent example for the lasting tradition of bestowing pensions and subsidies on local tribal aristocracies in the Qajar period that continued throughout the 19th century.
